The OA12(1200) series features stability and toughness via its CVD and ASIC design coupled with a thicker diaphragm. The thicker diaphragm enables OA12/OA16 to survive most pressure spikes caused by pump ripple, solenoid valves, etc.

The OA16 (1600) series extends the packaging options by providing an all welded stainless steel back end for demanding industrial applications. The OA12/OA16 's modular design enables special ordering of fittings, electrical cables, etc. for OEM applications. The ASIC and CVD technology enables Gems to offer almost any output over any pressure range.

The OA22 (2200) series pressure transducer features stability and accuracy in a variety of enclosure options. The OA26 (2600) extends the packaging options via an all welded stainless steel back end for demanding submersible and industrial applications. The OA22 and the OA26 pressure transducers feature proven CVD sensing technology, an ASIC (amplified units), and modular packaging to provide a sensor line that can easily accommodate specials while not sacrificing high performance.

The extremely robust OA21 pressure transmitters are ideal for measuring absolute and overpressure in non-crystallizing liquids, gases and vapors. The wide area of application includes hydraulics, mobile hydraulics, pneumatics, refrigeration technology, medical technology, gas technology, energy and process technology and automation of mechanical engineering in which pressure measurement technology is recorded and evaluated as a process variable.

The OA21 contain only a few active components, such as a piezoressive poly-silicon thin-film measuring cell, a signal processing ASIC and a U / I or U / U converter.

The calibration is carried out electronically, which means that the pressure sensors have a small overall error and are stable over the long term. The hermetically welded and completely vacuum-tight stainless steel thin-film measuring cell ensures high long-term tightness and stability. The ASIC is a programmable precision CMOS ASIC with EEPROM data storage and an analog signal path, which is qualified for an extended operating temperature range.
